According to the order dated March 15, 2023 No. 278 "On Amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan", from April 01, 2023, a mandatory statement of the SNT is required for the import/export of goods within the EAEU.

The cargo will be accepted for carriage only if the following data is provided:

For sending cargo/mail from legal entities:

- Data of the sender and recipient (full name, IIN/TIN, BIN, address of the sender and recipient).

- The name of the shipment (the nature of the attachment), indicating the HS code.

- SNT (accompanying bill of lading for the goods), ESF or SMR.

For sending cargo/mail from individuals:

- Data of the sender and recipient (full name, IIN), address of the sender and recipient).

- The name of the shipment (the nature of the attachment), indicating the HS code, declared value.

IMPORTANT!!! If the sender is an individual, we ask you to attach an invoice to the cargo, a copy of the identity card. Also, when creating an order in your Personal Account, it is mandatory to specify the following data in the "Additional information" field: sender's IIN, HS code, number of units, cost of goods.
